Processing time

Every order is hand-checked and packed with care before it leaves us, which typically takes 1-3 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

 

Delivery times

United Kingdom: approximately 3-5 business days from dispatch.

International: approximately 2-3 weeks from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

 

Returns & exchanges

Because each Adire and batik piece is hand-dyed in small batches, no two are ever quite identical — so we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, and all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
